The CBC HP model are machines for slicing frozen blocks of meat or other products at -20ºC.
The product is not loaded by means of a pneumatic tray. The blocks are pushed by a pneumatic cylinder
The CBC HP cuts the frozen block by means of a rotating 4-blade roller.
The cut product is unloaded directly onto standard 200-litre trolleys.
